Origin and Establishment
The center was established in 2007 in Nouakchott. It is an independent scientific institution for research and studies with an analytical and forward-looking approach.

– Bridge the gap in the field of scientific research in Mauritania
– Work on integrating Mauritania into its Maghreb environment
– Promote dialogue and strategic thinking

- Decentralization
- Justice reform
- Risks of slavery
