Origin and Establishment
The association “Tounsiat” was established in Tunisia in 2011 after the Tunisian revolution. It is a non-profit, independent women’s organization that aims to empower Tunisian women and encourage their active participation in public life, while promoting the principle of equal opportunities between women and men.
