Origin and Establishment
“Najah and Development Center” was established in Morocco in 2011. It is an organization that seeks to strengthen and enhance capacities, empower youth, and promote sustainable development in Morocco. Its vision is to be a modern and effective organization capable of enhancing youth empowerment and creating social and ethical leaders to guide society toward social reform through democratic empowerment mechanisms.

Implemented Projects
1. National Training Conference
- An annual conference bringing together all branches of the center
- Includes the organization of training workshops to exchange experiences among branches and their members
2. Spring Najah University
- An annual university held over three days
- A specific theme is selected and addressed through lectures and practical workshops
3. Facilitators Academy
- An internal training academy for facilitators and trainers at the center
- Aims to improve and develop their capacities
