Origin and Establishment
The Citizenship Forum for Democracy and Human Development was established in 2011 in the city of Benghazi, Libya. It is an independent civil society organization working in the fields of citizenship, democracy, and civic awareness.
Vision and Objectives
The forum aims to build an active Libyan citizen and empower them to participate in establishing comprehensive renaissance and sustainable development in Libya. It works to spread a culture of citizenship and civic awareness, respect for human rights, the rule of law, and good governance, with the goal of establishing a democratic civil state in Libya.
